Privacy Policy

Kawaii Supply understands that the privacy and security of the information you submit to our website is of utmost importance to you. All information entered at Kawaii Supply's website during the order process, by subscribing to our newsletter or by any other means is kept strictly confidential and will not be used or sold outside of Kawaii Supply, ever. The information you submit to us will be used for the sole purposes of responding to your inquiries, fulfilling your orders and providing information on our products and services.

If at anytime you no longer wish to receive our newsletter please send an e-mail letting us know and we will promptly remove you from our mailing list. We dislike spam as much as anyone and want to be part of the solution not the problem. 

We do not store any credit card information. All online payments are processed securely by our payment service providers.

Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. Your payments are processed through Paypal allowing us to provide a very secure, convenient and efficient means of processing your payment transaction.

We accept money orders in US dollars only. This payment option is available at checkout to US residents. If you are outside of the US and can provide money order payment in US funds please Contact Us to arrange payment. Please make all money orders out to Leslie Wernke.

For the convenience of our international customers outside of the US our website offers pricing in multiple currencies. When you use Paypal you can pay in your selected currency and the payment amount is automatically converted to our stores currency in US dollars. Please be aware that Paypal uses conversion rates in effect at the time of payment and may differ from the conversion rates on our site. We make every effort to keep our conversion rates up to date and accurate but your final payment amount will be based on the conversion rate Paypal uses at the time your payment is submitted.

Shipping

Domestic (Inside the US) - For domestic shipping within the United States we offer USPS First Class and Priority Mail shipping. We recommend First Class Mail for being fast and economical with the size of items we typically ship.

International Shipping (Outside the US) - We ship all International orders outside of the United States by USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International. First Class International is the most economical and provides similar delivery times to more expensive services like USPS Priority International but has a weight limit of 4lbs so larger orders will ship by Priority International.

  • Tracking service is currently unavailable for international orders.
  • Normal delivery times are 12-14 business-working days. But delivery times are highly dependent on your countrie's mail service and customs system. Some orders can take 20-30 working days to deliver, this is generally the exception and not the rule.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We work very hard to ship your items within one business day of receiving payment for your order. There are times it may take us longer and we will e-mail you to make you aware of any significant delays we may be experiencing. Otherwise you can login to your account at KawaiiSupply.com to check on the status of your order, you will also receive automatic e-mail updates to the e-mail address registered in your accountt as your order is moved thru out the fullfillment and shipping process.

Returns Policy

We will be happy to return most new, unopened and unused items with an exchange or refund less any discounts and shipping & handling fees. Please contact us within seven days of delivery to request your refund or exchange. Please note that we only offer exchanges on our handcrafted made to order items like our Kawaii Flexible Molds.

If you need to return an item simply log into your account on KawaiiSupply.com, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please use the comments area of the Return Request form to describe the reason for your return or exchange. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we have received and processed your request. This notification e-mail will contain instructions on how to return your item to Kawaii Supply for refund. 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that has been damaged please e-mail us a picture of the damaged item with a short description of what happened and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
